Impact Works
In 2024, the Impact Clay Staff and Board recognized key gaps in how our community accessed critical services.
Too often, people in need struggled to find accurate, up-to-date information. To address this, Impact Clay partnered with Brian Knight of Pragmatic Works, a leader in data innovation. From this unique collaboration, Impact Works was created, and in 2025, Linksy was launched.
Linksy is a real-time, community-first platform that makes it easier than ever to connect individuals with support resources across Clay County.

To empower communities by providing real-time access to accurate, reliable, and inclusive data that connects individuals in need with the services and support systems available to them.
Vision Statement
A connected Clay County where every resident can easily access the help they need—when they need it—through a living, community-driven data system that strengthens collaboration among providers and drives impactful change.
